The user is either not registered in reva or has a private profile. Reach out to him and encourage him to make the profile public (profile settings) so you can all benefit from the collaboration engine capabilities
If the video is public, it will show up on the public feed. Just use search (by his name for example) or sort capabilities to narrow down the option in the public feed
